Deep Gold: A must see movie filmed in Cebu and Palawan, Philippines!!

Deep Gold is a 2011 action film directed by Michael Gleissner and produced by Bigfoot Entertainment. It was filmed entirely in the exotic islands of CEBU and Palawan, Philippines.

The movie cast are: Bebe Pham (Amy Sanchez), Jaymee Ong (Jess Sanchez ), Michael Gleissner (Benny Simpson), Amelia Jackson-Gray (Claire Simpson), Kersten Hui (Chang) and Laury Prudent (Lulu ). Joining them is our very own Joel Torre in a very notable role.

Deep Gold also features amazing 3D action sequences that includes impressive underwater footage using the state-of-the-art shooting tank located at Bigfoot Underwater Studio within the Bigfoot facilities in Mactan Island, Cebu Philippines. This shooting tank holds a gargantuan 660,000 cubic feet of water and is the largest shooting tank in Asia. At 16 meters (52.5ft) long and 5 meters (16.5ft) deep it offers a huge area of underwater workspace.

Shortly after free diver Amy Sanchez breaks an important free diving record, her boyfriend - Air Force Pilot Tony - mysteriously vanishes together with a flight that was bringing millions of dollars worth of gold to the Central Bank.

Determined to discover the truth, Amy goes off with her sister to find out.

Is Tony actually dead? Or if not, is the man she loved really part of the plot to steal the gold? But she has no idea that she is about to discover the unexpected, and entangles herself in a web of lies and deceit before she finds out that somebody used her for what turns out to become a much larger conspiracy.
