The UAAP Board overruled the earlier decision of UAAP commissioner Ato Badolato to junk the protest of NU and honor the buzzer-beating layup of Tamaraws guard RR Garcia.
This prompted NU management to elevate the case to the league’s technical committee and the board.
The UAAP posted in its official UAAP Season 75 Twitter account:
The FEU-NU rematch will be on Sept 23. The Board overturned Comm Badolato's decision. #UAAP75

"Pieces of evidences/statements/video used in the deliberation were inconclusive and unclear," the UAAP board added.
