Philippine Football Peace Cup (Long Teng Cup) 2012 Schedule

The Philippine Football Peace Cup, previously called the Long Teng Cup, is a four-nation three-day football tournament to be held at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Manila on September 25-29.

The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) President Mariano “Nonong” Araneta said, “We join the nation in celebrating Peace Month this September by naming the tournament the Philippine Football Peace Cup.”

Four nations, namely the Philippines, Chinese Taipei, Macau, and Guam, will play single-round robin in this year’s tournament.

Here is the schedule for the 2012 Philippine Football Peace Cup:




Tuesday. September 25, 2012
Match 1 (4:00pm) Chinese Taipei vs Macau
Match 2 (7:30pm) Philippines vs Guam

Thursday. September 27, 2012
Match 1 (4:00pm) Chinese Taipei vs Guam
Match 2 (7:30pm) Macau vs Philippines

Saturday. September 29, 2012
Match 1 (4:00pm) Guam vs Macau
Match 2 (7:30pm) Philippines vs Chinese Taipei

According to, ticket prices per day are pegged at P500 (VIP center grandstand); P300 (regular grandstand); P50 (bleachers). Fans can also purchase a Golden Ticket at P1,000, which entitles holder to a VIP grandstand seat for all the 6 games over the three game dates. A student discount of 50% - subject to presentation of School ID when the ticket is purchased by the student at a Ticketworld outlet – will also be available and is valid only for non-VIP seats.
