In the latest FIBA world rankings for Men, the Philippines ranked 45th (10.8 points) in the world while Chinese Taipei which we beaten in the recently concluded Jones Cup at their own turf ranked 42nd (14.4 points).
The winner of this quarterfinal KO match will most likely meet Iran in the Final Four. Iran will play the lowest seed team of Group A Uzbekistan at 10:30am (Manila time).
