Coach Rajko Toroman leaves SMC to explore "other opportunities"

Rajko Toroman, former Smart Gilas Pilipinas coach, have parted ways with San Miguel organization to explore "other opportunities" on Saturday.
The report said that Toroman has gained his released from his current contract as Petron Blaze Boosters consultant after the SMC Management approved his request that ended their one-year partnership.

The Serbian coach joined the SMC organization after his contract with SMART-Gilas expired and was not renewed by the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas last year.

Toroman, who served almost half of the two-year contract he signed with SMC, still weighing his options whether to stay in the Philippines or seek opportunities in other countries.

Toroman is also being eyed as the next coach of Barako Bull to take over from interim coach Bong Ramos.
